Conference Changes
BusinessAnalystWorld reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason BusinessAnalystWorld has to cancel a workshop or track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. BusinessAnalystWorld will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.
Cancellations and Badge Transfers
Cancellations made in writing prior to April 20, 2012 will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of INR 1000. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after April 20, 2012 are liable for the full fee. Registrations received after April 20, 2012 are 100% non-refundable. Registrations will be non-transferable.
Indemnity
Should for any reason outside the control of BusinessAnalystWorld, the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action, BusinessAnalystWorld shall endeavour to reschedule but the client hereby indemnifies and holds BusinessAnalystWorld harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, which are incurred by the client. The construction, validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of India to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose Courts the Parties hereby agree to submit.
