Invoices

Invoices are prepared for group registrations only.   These are initiated by the group contact at your company.

If you are part of a group which is being invoiced for all registrations, please be sure to contact the group organiser at your company prior to registering to ensure the proper procedure is followed.  If you are not sure who to contact, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If your company has been given a group discount code, but is not being invoiced, proceed to register on line using this code to receive the discounted pricing.  Payment is made by credit card.

Conference Changes
BusinessAnalystWorld reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason BusinessAnalystWorld has to cancel a workshop or track session the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. BusinessAnalystWorld will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations.

Confirmation of Registration and Receipts
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration, which, if you have paid by credit card, includes your receipt, if you provide us with your e-mail address on your registration form. Cancellations and Badge Transfers

Cancellations made in writing prior to 1 May 2010 will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of A$100.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after 1 May 2010 are liable for the full fee.

Registrations received after 1 May 2010 are 100% non-refundable.

Complete registration packages may be transferred at any time without penalty, however daily sessions within a 2 day package are not transferrable.
